We have a Master’s student!

We are excited to welcome Akshay Kane this December, who will be completing his Master’s thesis dissertation work with us at the MBL.

I am currently a final year Integrated MSc student at the Institute of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology, Pune. I am broadly interested in the cell biology aspects of developmental biology such as cell signalling pathways, and cell migration, but yet to find my true passion. My love for wildlife and science brought me to the Swartz lab. Outside the lab, I love to do wildlife photography, play tennis, and write.
